Changes to Navigation Aids (Mid-Year of 2006)

The following changes have been made to the aids to navigation system at Anclote Anchorage south entrance.

ANCLOTE ANCHORAGE SOUTH ENTRANCE LIGHT 7 (LLNR 26075) renumbered to Light 3 displaying published characteristic. (Position: N 28d08m18s & W 082d50m53s)

ANCLOTE ANCHORAGE SOUTH ENTRANCE DAYBEACON 3X (LLNR 26080) removed.

ANCLOTE ANCHORAGE SOUTH ENTRANCE DAYBEACON 5X (LLNR 26085) renumbered to Daybeacon 5 and relocated. (Position: N 28d09m09s & W 082d50m22s)

ANCLOTE ANCHORAGE SOUTH ENTRANCE DAYBEACON 7X (LLNR 26090) changed to a white shoal Daybeacon with wording "DANGER-SHOAL”. (Position: N 28d09m08s & W 082d50m31s)

ENTRANCE DAYBEACON 8 (LLNR 26095) renumbered to Daybeacon 6. (Position: Not Noted)

The following changes have been made to the aids to navigation system at Anclote Anchorage north entrance.

ANCLOTE ANCHORAGE NORTH ENTRANCE LIGHT 2 (LLNR 1560) Light characteristics changed to a Flashing Red 2.5s with a nominal range of 4 nautical miles. (Positon: N 28d15m03s & W 082d52m54s)

ANCLOTE ANCHORAGE NORTH ENTRANCE LIGHT 4 (LLNR 26115) Light characteristics changed to a Flashing Red 6s with a nominal range of 3 nautical miles. (Positon: N 28d14m44s & W 082d49m57s)

ANCLOTE ANCHORAGE NORTH ENTRANCE DAYBEACON 1 (LLNR 26120)  changed to Light 5 displaying Flashing Green 4s with a nominal range of 3 nautical miles.(Positon: N 28d13m25s & W 082d48m14s)

ANCLOTE ANCHORAGE NORTH ENTRANCE DAYBEACON 3 (LLNR 26130)  relocated and changed to Light 7 displaying Flashing Green 2.5s with a nominal range of 3 nautical miles and SG on pile. (Position: N 28d11m38s & W 082d49m08s)
